DELIVERY
- Confirmation of order. Once we have processed your order we will send you via your E-mail address an order confirmation. This will include an order number, together with confirmation that your order is being dispatched. Please make a note of your order number for future reference.
- Delivery - Your order will be normally dispatched by recorded delivery within 24 hours. Due to the valuable nature of our product, your package will have to be signed for on receipt.
- Delivery costs - We make a charge of £3.95 per order for post and packaging.
- Invoice - An invoice showing details such as the order number, product, cost, payment and P&P charges will be enclosed in your package.
RETURNS
In order to give you the utmost confidence in us and full peace of mind, if for any reason you are not happy with goods you have purchased from us, you may simply return them in their original condition within 14 days explaining your reason for disappointment and a full refund (excluding post and packing charges) will be issued to you. A returns slip at the bottom of your invoice should be used to send a product back to Pazazz at the address shown on your invoice, and should include all relevant details e.g. date of purchase, reason for return, customer's name and address.
Please note that:
- The item must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition.
- No labels or tags must be removed from the garment.
- There will be no refund of your P&P costs. Any carriage
charges incurred for returning an item to Pazazz will be paid for by the
customer.
Please ensure that an item returned to Pazazz is sent recorded delivery and packed securely. This for the customer's own protection as Pazazz cannot be held responsible for items/packages lost in transit.
